Hue began her career at AAC, a top 10 CPA firm in Vietnam in the accounting, auditing, and tax services to a broad range of manufacturing and consumer goods clients. During her time at AAC, she held end-to-end responsibility for audit engagements, managing every phase from risk assessment and audit execution to quality assurance, client communication, and administrative coordination. Her work spanned statutory audits under local regulations as well as comprehensive financial statement audits for multinational clients, requiring a deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). This experience in a mature, well-regulated environment laid the groundwork for her adaptability and strong analytical skills.

In 2015, Hue relocated to the United States, bringing her international expertise to a new regulatory landscape. Her ability to navigate cultural and business differences quickly positioned her as a trusted advisor to U.S.-based clients, including CalChip Connect, and other local businesses. Drawing on her global perspective, she assists clients with financial management, regulatory compliance, and effective reporting tailored to U.S. standards.

The CPA certification in the United States is not merely a qualification but also a testament to Hue’s competence, credibility, and dedication to delivering practical value to her clients. Her achievement in obtaining this certification has solidified her position as a leading expert, always ready to tackle challenges in the highly competitive business environment while adhering to the strict financial regulations of the United States.

Hue is an active member of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Association, known as ACCA headquarters in the UK, which keeps her at the forefront of global accounting practices. With over 15 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of both GAAP and IFRS, Hue continues to support her clients with clarity and confidence across complex financial landscapes, delivering insights that promote compliance, growth, and long-term financial stability.
